Nigerian comedian, Bovi has taken to his social media wall to open up on a recent terrible encounter of how he was almost accused of stealing in a hotel in London.
According to the comedian who took to his Instagram story to explain the coincident, he stated that when he got to the hotel, he was trying to check-in when he was asked to provide the card which he used in booking the room.
He added that he told the hotel that his wife was the one responsible for booking the room but she is in Nigeria at that particular moment but they thought he was lying and trying to steal.
Bovi said the issue got to worsen when he was asked to present his card which ended up declining and he had to tell them to google him to save himself from the mess he got into as he also referred to a popular internet fraudster, identified as Simon Leviev who is popularly known for Ponzi scheme and internet scam
In the award-winning comedian words, he wrote;
“Simon Leviev done spoil everywhere o. Tryna check into hotel in London and they insist I present the card that was used for the booking.
“I tell them it was done for me by my wife and she’s in Naija. That made it worse. They think I’m stealing. Then to crown am, my own card dey decline.
“For the first time in my life, I said the words ‘google me’.”
