Nigerian activist and a former presidential aide, Reno Omokri have once again taken to his social media wall to blame the president of Nigeria for Super Eagles disqualification in the ongoing AFCON 2021.

It was reported that Buhari called the players in the morning hours of yesterday from the Aso Villa in Abuja to encourage them amidst the football game before encountering Tunisia whom they later lost to yesterday night.

According to Reno Omokri, he believes the Eagles have been doing just well by defeating all the opponents they encounter on the football field but after a video conversation with the president they lost and got disqualified which he simplifies as the president bringing bad luck to them through the call.

The former presidential aide also blames the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) for letting the Super Eagles converse with Buhari as he referred to people who have lost in all their fields in the past after speaking to the president.

The activist took to his verified Facebook to share a picture of Muhammadu Buhari with a caption that reads;

“Oh oh! Why did NFF allow Buhari speak with
the Super Eagles players now! What is wrong
with NFF? Have they forgotten what happened
after he spoke to Anthony Joshua? Or our
Eagles in the last AFCON? Please we want to
win. Who has Buhari spoken to and they won?
Our boys need to be focused. They don’t need
any distraction. This nonsense must not repeat
itself! If Buhari wants to call anybody, let him
call Tinubu. Enough is enough! Akoba adaba
Olorun maje a ri.”
