In a viral video, a man who was said to be a Nigerian who seen naked and in a state of apparent madness in Europe, after he took hard drugs whom the narrator referred to as mkpuru-mmiri.
The naked black man with a red beret on his head could be seen being chased about by the police in a water fountain.
