Sylvester Oromoni: Court Grants Arrested Students N1m Bail Each

Days after the commissioner of police ordered the presence of the suspected students who were reported to be involved in the bully and death of late Sylvester Oromoni, the court finally grants the students bail in the sum of one million Naira each.

According to the chief magistrate, Olatunbosun Adeola, who presided over the case, stated that each defendant is to produce two sureties which must be their parents and they are to swear an affidavit of submission before the court.

Furthermore, the court also gave an order of the submission of each defendant’s passport and they must not leave 2km away from their verified residence.
