Here is a video which shoes soldiers from the Nigerian army forcing a man to swim inside a gutter filled with nasty dirty water because he sold a shoe worth 20,000 naira for 2,000.
It is unclear if the shoe was stolen by the man before he sold it off for two thousand Naira.
