Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti is tipping Karim Benzema to win the prestigious Balloon D’or award.
Benzema has been able to fill the goal-scoring void after Ronaldo left the club for Juventus in 2018.
“For what he’s doing and for what he’s done, he has to be in the list of possible winners,”
“Saying that, Karim’s got time to win it. I somehow doubt this is his final season – he’s like a fine wine; the older he gets the better he is.”
Benzema has been on fire for Real Madrid this season scoring eight goals and recording seven assists in the Laliga.
